Collection: Kimono – Original design made from second-hand materials

Unique kimonos made according to my original design, handcrafted from start to finish by me in my Gdynia space, TOMASZ PŁUSKA CREATIVE SEWING STUDIO.

For each project, I used carefully selected second-hand materials, with different textures, weights, and original prints, creating a fully sustainable and unique final product.

The process of making a kimono takes from 6 to 20 hours, depending on the project, sewing techniques, details, refreshing, and preparing the materials themselves, not forgetting about sourcing them.

Each kimono I sew is a one-of-a-kind piece. You won't find another exactly the same. Even if the amount of fabric allows for making several kimonos, I WILL NEVER DECIDE TO SEW TWO IDENTICAL ONES, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SECOND ONE LIKE IT. I MAKE SURE THAT EVERY NEW PROJECT STANDS OUT AND IS UNIQUE. LET THESE CHANGES BE MINIMAL, BUT LET'S NOT DRESS IN IDENTICAL ITEMS.

ALL KIMONOS ARE UNISEX.
