Refund policy
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
1. All Goods purchased in the Online Store can be exchanged for others, at the Customer’s request, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods intended for exchange.
2. The Customer may exchange the ordered Goods for another by returning the unused, undamaged Goods in their original and unopened packaging to the address of the Online Store, covering the cost of returning the Goods.
3. The Customer is requested to confirm in advance by email whether the desired Goods are available in the Online Store’s offer. In case of unavailability, bandida como yo will make every effort to exchange the goods as quickly as possible. If the exchange is not possible (e.g., due to stock depletion), bandida como yo will offer another available product or refund the money to the provided account.
4. The exchange process will take up to 7 business days from the moment bandida como yo receives the returned goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. The Buyer (Consumer and Entrepreneur with Consumer rights) has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract under the Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended). In the case of a written withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obligated to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days.
“The right mentioned above also applies to an individual Entrepreneur with Consumer rights, who concludes an agreement directly related to their business activity, provided that the content of the agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character for the individual, particularly with respect to the subject of their business activity, as registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.”
2. The 14-day period starts from the day the Goods are received, i.e., from the moment the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Goods. If the order consists of multiple Goods delivered separately, in batches, or parts, the 14-day period starts from the moment the last Good is received.
3. It is sufficient to send a relevant declaration before the expiration of this period to preserve the right to withdraw.
4. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent to the Seller’s address or by email to: bandidacomoyo@gmail.com
5. The Seller will promptly confirm receipt of the declaration via email to the Consumer’s provided email address.
6. The Consumer is obligated to return the Goods to the Seller without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day they withdrew from the contract. It is sufficient for the Goods to be sent back before this period expires.
7. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days, the "Buyer" is responsible for the direct cost of returning the Goods to the Seller’s address.
8. bandida como yo will refund all payments made by the Consumer using the same payment method that was used by the Customer, unless the Consumer agrees to another form of refund, which does not involve additional costs.
9. In the case of a refund for a payment made by a credit card, the refund will be made to the bank account associated with that card.
10. Returns should be sent to the Seller's address (ul. Abrahama 10/U1, 81-352 Gdynia) with the note "Return."
11. The Seller will refund the value of the returned Goods, including the price of the purchased products and the shipping costs to the Customer, within 14 days from receiving the return.
12. The Store reserves the right to refuse to accept a return in the case of damaged Goods or if the product shows signs of use.
13. Buyers who are not Consumers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract, and these rules are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
COMPLAINTS
1. Tomasz Płuska Kreatywna Pracownia Krawiecka is responsible towards the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with Consumer rights for non-conformity of the Goods with the sales contract existing at the time of delivery, revealed within two years from the moment of issuance or the expiration of the product’s minimum durability.
2. All Goods purchased in the Online Store are covered by a 2-year warranty, and Tomasz Płuska Kreatywna Pracownia Krawiecka is liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with Consumer rights under the terms set out in the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2337).
3. bandida como yo recommends keeping proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
4. A complaint may be submitted by the Consumer or the Entrepreneur with Consumer rights via email to bandidacomoyo@gmail.com, along with a detailed description.
5. After sending the complaint description, please send a short message: "Complaint email sent" via SMS to phone number 730870521.
6. The complaint should include details about the Goods (description of the defect, date of noticing, circumstances justifying the claim, and the Customer’s requests).
7. bandida como yo will inform the Customer of its position on the complaint within 14 days of submission.
8. The shipment with the complained Goods should include a detailed description of the defect, the return address of the Customer, and a contact phone number or email address.
9. If the complaint is accepted, the Goods will be repaired or exchanged, or the complaint will be rejected as unjustified. The complained Goods will be sent back to the address provided by the Consumer, unless another return method is agreed upon.
10. If bandida como yo reduces the price of the complained Goods or refunds the money, the refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used, unless they agree to another refund method without additional costs.
11. If the Customer does not collect the complained Goods, bandida como yo will request collection within 14 days. After this period, the complaint will be considered resolved.
12. Complaints submitted by Buyers who are not Consumers without proof of purchase will not be considered.
