Glossary of terms used in these regulations:

  • Entrepreneur – a legal entity conducting business activity in its own name, Tomasz Płuska Creative Tailoring Studio, including bandida como yo.
  • Buyer – any entity placing an order in the Online Store (Consumer or non-Consumer).
  • Consumer – a natural person performing legal actions with the entrepreneur (including concluding a sales contract) that are not directly related to their business or professional activity (also referred to hereafter as the “Client”).
  • Complaint – the procedure in case of a defect in the sold goods.
  • Warranty – the procedure for seeking responsibility from the entrepreneur who sold the goods to the Consumer in case of a physical or legal defect.
  • Goods – clothing and accessories available for sale in the Online Store.
  • Substantial defect – the basis for the Consumer to exercise specific rights under the warranty.
  • Online Store – the internet service owned by bandida como yo, where the order was placed by the Buyer.
  • Order – the Buyer’s declaration of intent aiming to conclude a contract for the sale of Goods at a distance via the Online Store, specifying at least the type and quantity of Goods.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. These regulations define the rules for concluding and performing the sales contract for Goods available on the Online Store’s website.

2. To place Orders in the Online Store, access to the internet, email, and a web browser is required.

3. The main activity of bandida como yo is clothing design, the sale of clothing and accessories made from second-hand materials, as well as altered or repaired garments from second-hand sources.

4. The content of the Online Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code; placing an order by the Client does not immediately conclude a contract.

5. Orders placed for products presented by bandida como yo constitute an invitation to submit purchase offers. The sales contract is concluded when bandida como yo confirms the order in an email to the Client. Until receiving confirmation, the Client has the right to cancel the order.

6. bandida como yo makes every effort to ensure that the photos, descriptions, and technical data of the Goods are as accurate as possible.

7. The Consumer can contact the Seller via email at bandidacomoyo@gmail.com

8. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, apply.

9. These regulations do not exclude or limit any rights of the Buyer who is a Consumer, which they are entitled to under mandatory legal provisions.

SALE OF GOODS

1. All prices of Goods in the Online Store are gross amounts, expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all taxes and public duties, including VAT.

2. In addition to the price of the Goods, the Consumer also covers the cost of delivery to the address provided in the order.

3. The cost of delivery is added to the order amount and depends on the selected delivery method.

4. bandida como yo accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer to the Seller's bank account (the Consumer bears any bank or postal fees),
  • Online payment via payment services available on the bandidacomoyo.com website.

5. In the case of selecting "traditional bank transfer," the price of the Goods, including the delivery cost, should be paid to the bank account Mój numer konta – 09 1050 1764 1000 0090 8371 0781 Tomasz Płuska Kreatywna Pracownia Krawiecka, stating the order number.

6. Most of the clothes offered in the Online Store are unique designs available in a single item. Therefore, it is possible that a given product has already been sold at a fair or through other channels outside the online store. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase in such cases. In this situation, the Consumer will be promptly informed, and any payments made will be refunded within 14 days.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

1. bandida como yo accepts electronic orders via the Online Store 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

2. To place an order, the selected Goods should be added to the cart, and then the instructions on the website should be followed.

3. The Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered Goods free from physical and legal defects.

4. The contract with the Client is concluded when the order is accepted, which bandida como yo will confirm within 48 hours.

5. The fulfillment of orders paid by bank transfer or online will take place after the contract is concluded and the payment is recorded in the Seller’s account, no later than 4 business days from its registration.

6. In case the ordered Goods are unavailable, the Client will be promptly informed and will have the option to modify the order, accept a longer delivery time, or cancel the order with a refund of the paid funds.

7. The Client should provide correct contact details (phone number and email) for order confirmation. Incorrect details may prevent the order from being processed.

SHIPPING OF GOODS

1. Goods are delivered by courier within Poland and the European Union, to the address specified by the Client. Delivery is also possible to InPost parcel lockers.

2. Delivery of Goods is paid, according to the terms specified in the "Sale of Goods" section.

3. In case of damage to the package, bandida como yo recommends preparing a damage report in the presence of the courier and promptly informing the Seller.
