Collection: Unique vintage clothing and accessories from the years 1950-2005

Jacket, coat – vintage treasures, always sought after during my travels, both near and far. Unique pieces from the '50s, '60s, '70s, '80s, and '90s, distinguished by their exceptional quality and style. These first vintage treasures of mine, outerwear that I began wearing, using, and evaluating in terms of style, cuts, shapes, and materials. Several coats and leather jackets have stayed with me until today, and I am convinced they will last at least as long... as they have already been in circulation… meaning at least 30 years.

Rarely seen materials like wool, cashmere, thicker viscose linings – in short, sometimes heavy, thick coats for harsh winters – revealed quality and style that is hard to find on store hangers today.

The moment came when I began to repair, cut, experiment with construction, replace linings, and add various elements like materials and buttons. I started sewing different appliqués by hand and machine onto leather jackets.

"Details for vintage" – here, there is truly vast potential for creativity, which is why I actively engage in upcycling at my CREATIVE SEWING STUDIO in GDYNIA.

Who today doesn't look for an oversized coat? A short leather jacket from the '80s? A long black coat?

What’s next? I refresh such a coat or jacket, usually at the dry cleaners. I repair the leather, replace snaps, zippers, linings, "condition" and waterproof it.

  • The cut and shape of jackets and coats are, in most cases, "OVERSIZE."

  • To choose the right model, please check the measurements provided in the description of each project.

The materials typically found in vintage coats and jackets in these projects are: wool, cashmere, viscose, cotton, natural leather (at least 20 years old).
