First riots by "Mr. Włodek from Widzew," and tailoring adjustments, repairs.

I met Mr. Włodek in 2011 when I started working at another store of a well-known clothing group in Łódź's Manufaktura shopping center. The first incidents I had were from tailor Mr. Włodek in 2017, who was responsible for, among other things, servicing fast fashion stores in most of the shopping malls in Łódź. As a salesperson at first, and then as a manager, I always remember the hardworking Mr. Włodek from Widzew fondly, who, being in his 80s at the time, would travel across shopping malls... to pick up and deliver repaired clothes, which customers could usually get altered in a few stores, typically it was shortening pants for 15-25 zł... pickup, delivery, order fulfillment... shocking, someone might say today.

I was always the one who handled passing clothes to Mr. Włodek because we could exchange a few words about sewing and life. I always tried to fix the clothes... in fact, it was during these conversations that I gained some experience regarding tailoring repairs and fixes... what could be done, and what might be a bigger problem... because, after all, I couldn't allow an item to be sent for disposal.
